Mawmaw Betty's Strawberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients #

• 4oz cream cheese (room temp)
• 1 small cool whip (thawed)
• 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 can condensed milk
• 2 cups freshly chopped strawberries
• 1 large graham cracker crust (pre-made)

Directions #

1. Blend softened cream cheese and condensed milk, until there are no more cream cheese chunks
2. Add lemon juice, blend more
3. Fold in strawberries
4. Fold in cool whip
5. Chill overnight and serve next day
