Kylynn's Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1.25 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 (3oz) Jell-O instant vanilla pudding packs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add oil and canned pumpkin to eggs. Beat until smooth
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture
  4. Pour batter in 2 greased loaf pans
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes. (Time can fluctuate with each oven)

Notes

  • I’ve also done mini muffins and regular sized muffins. Just adjust baking time accordingly
