Kylynn's Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients #
- 5 eggs
- 1.25 cups vegetable oil
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 (3oz) Jell-O instant vanilla pudding packs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Directions #
- Preheat oven to 325 °F
- In mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add oil and canned pumpkin to eggs. Beat until smooth
- Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture
- Pour batter in 2 greased loaf pans
- Bake for 45-60 minutes. (Time can fluctuate with each oven)

- I’ve also done mini muffins and regular sized muffins. Just adjust baking time accordingly
