Perfect for beach snacking.
Ingredients #
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 - 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 - 1 cup sweet relish
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp sugar
Directions #
- Cook chicken breasts in instant pot on high pressure with 1 cup water (if you don’t have an instant pot, boil them instead). Once cooked, move them to kitchen mixer and mix until slightly shredded
- Boil eggs. Once boiled, peel them, then dice to desired size
- Add diced boiled eggs, mayonnaise, sweet relish, salt, pepper, and sugar to kitchen mixer. Mix them all together to desired consistency
