Creamy Chicken Taco Soup Recipe

Ingredients #
- Chicken breast x2
- 32 oz carton chicken broth
- 15 oz can black beans x2
- 15 oz can corn x2
- 10 oz can rotel tomatoes x2
- 8 oz block cream cheese x2
- Ranch dressing package x2
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp garlic or onion powder
- 2 tbsp chili powder
Directions #
- Drain and rinse black beans
- Place chicken at bottom of crock pot. Pour black beans, corn (undrained), and rotel on top of chicken
- Top with all seasonings and mix together
- Dice cream cheese blocks then place on top
- Pour chicken broth on top
- Cover with lid. Cook for 8 hrs on medium
- Once cooked, take chicken out and shred it. Put it back in and mix together
